Sahara is an experienced attorney with extensive litigation and corporate practice. She has appeared before various regional trial courts, the National Labor Relations Commission, the Office of the Ombudsman and the Sandiganbayan. She has represented clients on matters involving taxation, mergers and acquisitions, labor, civil, criminal and other corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Sahara held the position of Legal Manager in one of the country’s media conglomerates where she handled contracts, labor, litigation, and intellectual property concerns.
Sahara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Assumption College where she graduated cum laude. As a Certified Public Accountant, she worked at Manabat Delgado Amper & Co., where her focus was tax audit.
Sahara was a professor at the Milleret School of Business and Management for Women of Assumption College where she taught subjects in business, economics and finance. She also held the position of Chairperson of the Accountancy Program.
In 2016, Sahara received her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
